The Process

Consultation
First, we take the time to get to know you and your brand, asking questions and learning more about your company mission. We understand that your brand is an integral part of your business’ success, and we strive to make sure it conveys the right message.

Research
With the preliminary questions taken care of and essential information acquired, next we take the step of researching your company from the perspective of the customer, trends in the industry, as well as looking at whatever market competition exists.

Conceptualisation
This is when ideas start to take form; Using the information we have gathered through liaising with your business, along with the research we have carried out, we will begin sketching some logo concepts. These will then be refined into vector-based logo designs, which will be sent to you for feedback.
These will range from 3 to 5 different options depending on which branding package you have selected.

Development
With a logo concept chosen, we will then carry out up to 5 rounds of amendments, again dependent on your selected branding package. This will progress your logo design to a refined, professional conclusion.

Completion
Once the design has been finalised, we will then deliver your logo files in various formats, along with any additional branding options you may have chosen.

+ What format do you deliver files in?We can deliver designs in any format you wish, including layered files. As standard we will provide high resolution PDF files, JPEGs and, where appropriate, scalable vectors in AI and Eps formats.

+ Once I have paid for my design - Do I own it?Yes, for any type of design, once fully paid, ownership is solely yours and you can have full access to the master files. The ownership of any logos, illustrations and graphics will be transferred to you once the project has been paid in full and completed. You may then use them as you wish. Exceptions: Stock photographs that you have provided for your design are your responsibility / liability and we expect you to have gained copyright approval before sending any files to us.

A logo variant pack provides a range of alternatives for a more effective application of your branding. This is also particularity useful for instances where you are printing in black and white and have a logo in full colour, as you will be provided with a monochrome alternative that still makes an impact.

+ What is included in the Social Media Asset Pack?A Social Media Pack consists of profile pictures and cover photos for all of the main social media platforms. Along with this, psd templates for general use will be included, allowing you to customise your social media posts.

+ What is involved with the 1 Year Of Free Support?Whether you have lost your design files or they have been corrupted, or are wanting to know how to change elements of your logo to fit an uncharacteristic colour scheme, Passenger 8 will be happy to advise and help in any way. We keep all client design files in our library to provide at a moment's notice. This does not include new requests, and further design creations will be billed accordingly.
